Weezing Galar Bong

Galar Weezing looks like a cross between a robber baron and a bong and we love it

One of the new Galar form Pokemon revealed in today’s info drop is Galarian Weezing, and the internet is there for it. Fans have taken to Twitter to celebrate Game Freak’s new fancypants venture capitalist Weezing with art and dank memes, and it’s the best thing to happen to Pokemon in years.

Game Freak may not have been able to fit all 46,000 Pokemon into Sword and Shield, but it doesn’t even matter anymore because we’ve got a new Weezing form with smokestacks on its head that look like top hats. This is because the Galar region is apparently patterned after a Britain that never moved past the Industrial Revolution. That’s why the unfortunate denizens of Galar have to deal with robber baron Weezing floating around, causing havoc.

Fans have also noticed that Weezing’s dapper new look also gives him a unique silhouette. In fact, if you went all “Who’s that Pokemon” on it, then it’d be the spitting image of a bong.

Galar Weezing Whos That Pokemon

However, this goofy Pokemon is actually quite helpful to the inhabitants of Galar. Instead of a juicy bong rip, Weezing’s smokestacks emit purified air. This form of the Pokemon helps clean up the environment, unlike its counterparts in other regions of the world that just float around crapping poison.

Unfortunately, we haven’t gotten a chance to see Galar Koffing yet. We can only hope that it’ll sport a little bowler hat and talk in a cockney accent. We also don’t know if there’ll be an Oliver Twist Pokemon to go along with Andrew Carnegie Weezing. Hopefully, we’ll get a Galar Pikachu in a newsboy cap that we can put to work. After all, even Pokemon have to earn their keep in Galar.
