More Yakuza PC ports could happen, according to producer

The announcement of the Yakuza Remastered Collection for PS4 raises the question of whether something similar will be released for PC. Just like Sony’s console in the West, the PC only received Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2. Now, the series’ producer is hinting that more Yakuza PC ports could happen.

However, along the way, the question of whether or not the complete Yakuza series could eventually be ported to PC is brought up.

That said, he stated that he’s also just happy that fans in the West can now finally experience the latter three.

Of course, Sato also touched on the upcoming new Yakuza game that’s set to introduce a new series protagonist. He specifically mentioned that his team is putting a lot of effort to make sure that fans who haven’t played the previous Yakuza games. That said, he’s also making sure that there are things in the new game that will make it more enjoyable for fans who’ve played the previous entries in the series.
