Valve Introduces Pipeline, Opens Doors For Teens Looking To Work In Video Games

The video above reveals that Gabe Newell is now eating entire teenagers!

Haha, no. I'm just kidding. Gabe would never do that. It would take way too much time to digest a teenager, distracting him from Half-Life 2: Episode 3 development. What the video really tells us is that Valve is looking to help kids interested in video game development by giving them the tools and resources to pursue a career in the industry.

"Pipeline is an experiment to see if we can take a group of high school students with minimal work experience and train them in the skills and methods necessary to be sucessful," notes a Pipeline FAQ on Valve's website. It's not the first time Valve has forced people to test things in an experimental environment for nothing more than the threat of cake!
