The Ubisoft Forward stream has been announced as the replacement for Ubisoft E3 2020 following the cancellation of E3 2020. It looks like this brand-new live-streamed event will be doing everything Ubisoft’s E3 conference would have done, but we’re going to have to wait a bit longer than usual for this year’s announcements.
This similar event with a new name was announced via a short teaser video posted on the company’s Twitter account. It promises a fully digital showcase — an understandable reality considering the ongoing pandemic — that will feature new game reveals, exclusive game news, and more.

Unfortunately, the announcement declined to specify what exactly we can expect to see. There are, however, some likely candidates based on games that have already been revealed or otherwise announced for 2020.
Which games will we probably see at Ubisoft Forward 2020?
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
- Gods & Monsters
- Just Dance 2021
- Roller Champions
- The Settlers
- Tom Clancy’s The Division 2
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Quarantine
- Might & Magic: Chess Royale
These are just the games that have been announced, mind. There are other potential candidates that have not yet been revealed such as Far Cry 6 or other sequels to existing franchises.
We’ll have to wait a couple of months before we find out anything for sure. Whatever we get to see, it’s probably going to be pretty darn cool.
Save the Date! Join us July 12 for Ubisoft Forward, a fully digital showcase with exclusive game news, reveals and more 🎉 Stay tuned… #UbiForward pic.twitter.com/JLYEyF1YnL
