Samsung Cloud will start going away at the beginning of April 2021, meaning users will soon have to find an alternative backup solution. Features like Gallery Sync and Drive Storage will stop working, forcing users to migrate their images, videos, and files over to another service.

Samsung Cloud is going away on April 1, 2021.
Beginning on April 1, 2021, Samsung Cloud services will stop working for those in “Group 1 regions.” These regions include the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, many European countries, and more. The full list of Group 1 and Group 2 regions can be found here.
Though the services stop working on April 1, data won’t be deleted until June 30, 2021. This means users have a little more time to find an alternative service or to download their backed up data to a hard drive.
Those in Group 2 countries will be able to use Samsung Cloud services until June 1, 2021. Data will then be deleted on August 31, 2021. Obviously, this provides users in Group 2 with more time to prepare for the changes.

- Dropbox
- Amazon Drive
Microsoft OneDrive is the alternative that Samsung itself is suggesting users migrate to. Of course, users can choose whichever service they like.
The other option is to download the data from Samsung Cloud. It can then be stored on the device or backed up to a hard drive.
Those who do nothing will lose their data on either June 30, 2021 (for Group 1) or August 31, 2021 (for Group 2).
