This is the new poster for Andor, the upcoming Disney+ show. The poster features the cast of Andor, led by Diego Luna as Cassian Andor. He previously portrayed the character in Rogue One, and he will reprise his role as a thief whose homeworld was destroyed by the Galactic Empire. The poster also features Genevieve O’Reilly as Mon Mothma. She reprises her role from Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and Rogue One as an Imperial senator while secretly assisting the Rebel Alliance.
The poster also features Stellan Skarsgård as Luthen Rael, Adria Arjona as Bix Caleen, Denise Gough as Dedra Meero, Kyle Soller as Syril, and Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera, a Clone Wars veteran who leads a militant insurgent group, the Partisans. With this cast of new characters in the galaxy, Andor is shaping up to be a fruitful addition to the franchise.
Andor is set five years before the events of Rogue One, and it will depict an ensemble cast as they live in a world ruled by the Empire. The series will show Cassian Andor on his adventure to become a Rebel. The show was created by Tony Gilroy, who wrote Michael Clayton and the first four Bourne movies. The show has received some publicity for its practical approach to Star Wars, with an outdoor city set built just for the show. The first three episodes premiere on Disney+ on September 21.
In other news, the new 007 game might not be ready before 2025, and the Facebook gaming app will be shutting down soon.
