How She-Hulk Episode 3 Potentially Teased a Third Hulk

She-Hulk episode 3 was perhaps the zaniest installment of the Disney Plus series to-date, but it also posed a number of interesting questions to audiences. With The Wrecking Crew introduced and a clear plot to try and take down the She-Hulk, it appears that Jen could be in more danger than many of us first thought. One question that has stuck out is whether or not a third Hulk could be joining the MCU sooner rather than later.

Will another Hulk join the MCU in She-Hulk?

When The Wrecking Crew attacked Jen in She-Hulk episode 3, we were led to believe they were doing so simply for clout. They wanted to take her down because she was “flaunting her powers.” As one of the four attempted to stick a needle into her, however, it became clear that their mission was darker than it seemed.

Whilst the needle itself simply bent out of shape because of the strength of She-Hulk’s skin, if Jen had been in her regular human form, they would have succeeded in gaining a sample of her blood. As we know, mixing Hulk’s blood with Jen’s caused her to become the She-Hulk: could somebody else be wanting to replicate this and become a Hulk themselves?

Who could turn into a Hulk?

The obvious answer is that whoever wants a sample of She-Hulk’s DNA may use it to try and transform into a Hulk. Exactly who is the boss in charge of The Wrecking Crew remains to be seen, but we can make an educated guess based on where the show has taken us so far.

The most obvious answer would be Titania, pulling the strings from behind bars after her plot to become famous was foiled by Jen. Now that she is in prison, she may require Hulk strength to break out. Plus, with fame constantly on the brain, what better way to make headlines than by stealing She-Hulk’s thunder and becoming a Hulk herself?

Of course, the series could throw us a curveball by making somebody else the mastermind. Nikki Ramos, Jen’s best friend, is an original character created for the show. Whilst she appears loyal to her bestie, could her own love for the media spotlight cloud her judgment and actually see her working against Jen? If so, does she want to become a bigger, badder, and all-around better version of She-Hulk than her friend?

Then there’s the opportunity for showrunners to introduce an all-new character altogether. If this is the case, we expect more clues to be scattered throughout the series’ upcoming episodes. We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled as to who the Wrecking Crew’s big bad could be!

In other news, Paramount Plus has added Showtime to its app, and Harley Quinn season 4 has been confirmed at HBO Max.
