Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope Rayman DLC is coming post-launch. We got a sneak peek at the game’s roadmap at Ubisoft Forward 2022, and part of it is the return of the iconic human/vegetable hybrid. Release info wasn’t provided, but we’re guessing that it’ll show up sometime in 2023 or early 2024.
Rayman coming to Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope as story DLC
Game director Davide Sollani revealed the Rayman DLC alongside a new Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope trailer at Ubisoft Forward 2022. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any further details about his appearance other than he’ll be a playable character in a new story scenario.
Rayman’s DLC will be the last of three planned expansions for the game that’ll launch after the game’s release later this year. No season pass has been announced yet, but we wouldn’t be surprised if one will be available. The Donkey Kong Adventure DLC for the original Mario + Rabbids game was substantial, so we anticipate Rayman’s story will be hefty as well.
