Xbox One Dashboard Update Reportedly Coming in March, Drive-less Console in the Works

An Xbox One dashboard update is set to arrive in March, according to a report from The Verge. The outlet is reporting that it'll be a substantial one too, improving the overall functionality of Xbox Live, party chat, and other social features.

In addition, The Verge can "confirm" that Microsoft has been looking into the possibility of releasing a model of Xbox One that doesn't have a Blu-ray drive. This drive-less version of the console is currently being tested at the company, according to the report. A rumor on NeoGAF also suggests that this is the case.
