Oculus has just announced its next step forward in VR headsets. Today at GDC the company revealed the Oculus Rift Development Kit 2. It will bear a $350 price tag and will come to market this July.
The device boasts a number of improvements over its predecessor, including an OLED display with a much higher resolution, as well as low-latency head tracking. It's also got a sleek new design, which you can check out in the gallery below.
Oculus is providing hands-on time with the device at GDC, so expect more in-depth coverage of the Rift DK2 here on GR very soon. In the meantime, let us know what you think of the device and how it stacks up against Sony's Project Morpheus.
