PlayStation 4 owners will soon get a chance to dive in and try out Battlefield Hardline early via an upcoming beta, if a report from IGN proves to be true.
According to the outlet, gamers are receiving PS4 beta codes for Battlefield Hardline after getting a ticket to Sony's press conference screening, which will be broadcast at a number of theaters across the country. The beta supposedly features two modes and a single map called High Tension.
With just a few days left until the Electronic Entertainment Expo kicks off in Los Angeles, we don't have much longer to wait. We'll surely hear more about the title during EA's media briefing, and if this beta truly is coming to PS4, there's a good chance it'll have a presence during Sony's presser as well.
Battlefield Hardline is being developed by Visceral Games and is set to launch later this year.
