WWE 2K15, the second installment of the series in the hands of 2K, has been surprisingly tight-lipped given its release date this year, but luckily, we have a bit of news. The ever-popular, ever-polarizing John Cena will be heading on the cover of WWE 2K15, the first time that the WWE title from Yukes (along with the 2K studio Visual Concepts) will be gracing next-gen consoles.
The cover announcement video above shows John Cena posing for a photoshoot and teases The Rock (and LeBron James?). We'll see whether or not owners can flip the cover art in case they want Cena's mug on the front, like WWE 2K14's reversible cover between The Rock and D-Bry. We may more of him during SummerSlam Axxess, where the full roster for the title has been revealed for the last few years.
Planned for development on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, WWE 2K15 is scheduled for release on October 28, 2014 in North America and October 31, 2014 overseas.
