Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves Movie Location Featured in New DnD Beyond Adventure

Dungeons and Dragons hasn’t really left the headlines recently. With the extremely controversial new OGL causing massive conversations and friction between the entire DnD community, and the Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves movie coming up, there’s plenty to discuss around the popular tabletop role-playing game.

There’s still the actual role-playing game, of course. Wizards Of The Coast is releasing new books all the time, and an excerpt from the newest book shows a surprising tie-in to the upcoming movie.

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’ Revel’s End is in the new DnD Adventure

DnD Beyond has released a free level four adventure from the upcoming collection, Keys From The Golden Vault, entitled Prisoner 13, and one of the main locations in the released adventure is Revel’s End.

Revel’s End itself is a prison in the Frozenfar region, which was originally featured in the Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden adventure. It held the most dangerous people in the Sword Coast, and was basically the equivalent of sending somebody away to be never seen again.

The new adventure is all about getting into that prison to steal a treasure vault of dwarven origin, stored in the deepest quarters of that prison. DnD journalist Christian Hoffer tweeted that Revel’s End was invented for Dungeons And Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and will now feature in the upcoming adventure, too:
