GameRevolution Player Choice Award 2016
Honorable Mentionp #2
Cheesegod999 Said : "The single best piece of gaming software that I played this year was Blood and Wine, the second expansion for The Witcher 3. Weather or not an expansion pack qualifies for game of the year, I'll say this; it had three times the content as Uncharted 4."
Honorable Mention #1
GrimFate Said : "There is a handful of indie games that I spent far more time on than any AAA game, but because I doubt any of them would even get nominated (they won't be top-tier indies, e.g. Stardew Valley), I'll vote DOOM. Loved the hell out of that game! One of the few games I've ever wanted to 100%."
Honorable Mention #3
SnappyChicken Said : "Going with Overwatch; no one loves their fans more than Blizzard."
Winner: Uncharted 4: Among Thieves
Master_Craig Said : "There have been some pretty awesome games this year. For me, my choice would be Uncharted 4: A Thief's End for the PS4. rn rnI admit, it's a biased choice. I love the Uncharted series so much, but that's exactly why. The Uncharted games are always made with so much care and polish. To date, it's the best looking game I've ever seen on a console and for me, the game was so much fun to play with simple but great mechanics as well as an emotionally gripping story that just gets better as you play more of the game. Each Uncharted game gets bigger and bolder and the forth installment is the best yet. rn rnUncharted 4: A Thief's End was an incredible experience for me, which is why it's my Game of the Year. rn rnIf I had to pick some runner ups (out of three), I would probably say, in no particular order... Dark Souls III, Titanfall 2 and Final Fantasy XV (all played on PS4)."
