Fortnite nearly canceled by Epic Games, claims ex-producer

Rod Fergusson, the studio head of The Coalition and ex-Epic Games director of production, said that he would have canceled Fortnite if he had remained at Epic. Luckily, for Fortnite fans, Fergusson left before the game began development.

Gears 5 panel turned super awkward when a fan asked a reasonable question about Kait’s sexual preference. John DiMaggio, the actor who players Marcus Fenix in the Gears of War series, responded with “Is that your business, motherf***er?”, before adding: “Maybe she’s a switch-hitter, who gives a f***?” a slang term meaning bisexual.”

Anthem had a depressing mention during EA Play

With Anthem having launched just over four months ago, you might expect the game to have had a prominent place in the EA Play presentation lineup. But no, it was instead given a depressing two-minute segment.
