Here’s What’s Changing in The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D

We already know that Nintendo's upcoming 3DS remake of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask will take advantage of the New 3DS and feature a few new fishing locations, but there's even more for fans of the original to get excited about.

In the latest issue of GamesMaster (via Nintendo Everything), series producer Eiji Aonuma confirmed that Majora's Mask 3D will have a revamped Bomber's Notebook, which takes advantage of the 3DS's dual screen setup. Interestingly enough, it was first suggested by the one-and-only Shigeru Miyamoto.

"We were told by Mr. Miyamoto that he felt there were a lot of users who finished the original without even noticing all the hidden events scattered around the town," Aonuma said. "He said that he wanted us to make sure users were more aware of them this time around."

On top of that, an Amazon.de listing for the game (via NeoGAF) outed the fact that the title will feature feather statues around the map, which will make saving progress much easier.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D is expected to launch sometime in the early half of 2015. I'm sure we'll be getting news of an official release date soon.
