A brand-new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare update will be hitting PS4, PC, and Xbox One on December 3, 2019. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1.10 Update Patch Highlights
As explained above, the new Modern Warfare update won’t be available to download until December 3. Thankfully, the Modern Warfare Season 1 update should be more than worth the wait. It’ll bring with it new maps, new multiplayer modes, and more, which you can see below.
New Maps
At least seven new maps will be added into Modern Warfare following the Season 1 update. Of course, these new maps could be added throughout the game’s first Season. We do know, however, the identity of six of the free maps, including the return of fan-favorite Crash.
Crash, along with Vacant and Shipment are being added into standard Multiplayer modes. Port will be added in as a new Ground War map while Cargo, Atrium, and more as-yet-unannounced maps will be added to 2v2 Gunfight.
New Multiplayer Modes, Weapons, and More
It’s not just new maps being added in, either. Reinforce, Gunfight OSP, and Infected are being added as new Multiplayer modes. Bomb Squad, Grounded, Pitch Black, Just Reward, and more will be added as new Special Ops experiences and the RAM-7 and Holger-26 are being added as new weapons. It seems that all of this new content will likely see staggered release dates throughout the first Season.
