To fix Instagram Reels on iPhone and Android:
- Close and restart the Instagram app. This should fix most errors.
- Check Reels through multiple access areas — at the bottom of the navigation bar, on the New Post screen, etc.
- Log out of the Instagram app and log back in again.
- If necessary, log out and delete the app entirely, then re-download and log back in again.
- Make sure the app is updated to its most recent version.
- Close and restart the phone, and make sure it is updated too.
