- Desert Regions: Coal is commonly found in desert areas. Look for dark-colored, angular coal deposits scattered throughout desert landscapes. Some prime desert locations include:
- Mount Obsidian: This volcanic landscape has numerous coal deposits near the base of the mountain. Expect large spawns of coal in this region.
- Twilight Dunes: Located at coordinates (-160, -114), the desert in Twilight Dunes has many coal deposits. This area is less hazardous compared to Mount Obsidian.
- Scorching Mineshaft: Blazamut is a Pal that drops coal. In the southwest of the map, around the Foot of the Volcano at approximate coordinates (-436, -529), you can find Blazamut. Explore the Scorching Mineshaft to collect coal from Blazamut.
- Dessicated Mineshaft: In the southeastern corner of the desert in the northeastern area of the map, you’ll find another mineshaft. Players can find Menasting there. Menasting is another coal-dropping Pal.
