If you don`t see a motor, just go to the upper floor then go to the end. There you will find an NRG-500.
On the second island, go to the airport. On your map, you will see, at the right side of the airport, 4 hangars -- go there. Drive to the last one (way north) and between 2 of the hangars there is an NRG-500.Get Into the San Fiero Airport without Getting your License:
