Destiny 2 Sparrow Backflip: What is the Sparrow Roll?
The ability to roll a Sparrow was in the original Destiny. It was removed from the second game, unfortunately. To be exact, the ability to roll your Sparrow was awarded through a Sparrow Mod named “Destabilizers.” With this equipped, one could roll their Sparrow around, helpful for avoiding damage and looking cool. With the Mod equipped, all you need to do is hop into your Sparrow and press the right trigger button to barrel roll your Sparrow.
Destiny 2 Sparrow Backflip: How to Unlock the Sparrow Roll
According to a thread on Reddit, the “Destabilizers” Sparrow Mod is only available via Eververse. As with a lot of the cosmetic and Mod content in Destiny 2, the only way to unlock the Sparrow roll Mod is to buy it through the Eververse. The Eververse acts as Destiny 2’s in-game store.
To purchase anything from the Everserse, sadly, you’ll need to buy Silver. Silver is Destiny 2’s currency, that you can only access through buying it through official stores. The “Destabilizers” Mod is available through rotation, you’ll have to keep going back to the store in order to find it.
To equip the Mod, all you need to do is head into your Sparrow sub-menu and equip it after looking through your available Mods. Simple. Hopefully, we’ll all be rolling around in our Sparrows soon.
