Glitches
Soul and Item Duplication Glitch (Pre-Patch)
Go to a bonfire and ensure that no enemies are around you. Next, unequip your head slot item and equip either the Cloranthy Ring or the Grass Crest Shield. Then, equip the dragon head stone with the soul/item you want to duplicate right after it. Then, facing forward, use your Dragon Head Stone again, but this time hold square, and then immediately turn around while still holding square and press down on the D-pad to switch to the item used.
Let go of square for a split second, then press it down again. To know that it worked, your character should be able to run around with their hands above their head.
