EA Sports and Twitch Prime are supposed to be giving out two free, special FIFA 19 Twitch Prime FUT packs. It turns out, however, that many of you have been unable to either claim your free FUT packs or you’ve been struggling to link your EA and Twitch Prime accounts. Now, there appears to be a FIFA 19 Twitch Prime rewards broken fix. Read on to find out how to claim your two free FIFA 19 Twitch Prime packs.
What’s the FIFA 19 Twitch Prime rewards issue?
EA Sports and Twitch Prime is currently running a cross-promotion. If you link your EA account with your Twitch Prime account, you’re meant to receive two free Twitch Prime packs for FIFA 19 Ultimate Team. The first of the two FUT packs, which contains a player with an overall rating of 86 or better as well as three Gold player items, should be added instantly to your Ultimate Team account right now.

The trouble is, many of you are heading onto FIFA 19 after linking your two accounts to find that you haven’t received your free Twitch Prime FUT pack. This appears to be an issue on EA’s end. Thankfully, however, there does appear to be a fix that has worked for some, at least.
FIFA 19 Twitch Prime Rewards Broken Fix
EA’s official EA Help Twitter account has notified everyone that they are aware of the FIFA 19 Twitch Prime rewards issue. What’s more, the company has offered up a quick fix that has worked for some players. Thankfully, it seems to be an easy fix.
If you turn FIFA 19 on to find that you haven’t received your Twitch Prime packs when you should have done, EA suggests that you simply close your game and log back in. This should hopefully bring you the Twitch Prime FUT packs you desire. If it doesn’t, however, it may be because you linked your incorrect EA account.
To find your correct EA account, head into FIFA 19 and jump into the Customize option. Once inside there, open Online Settings and then choose to open your EA Account. You should find the Public ID, email address, and join date of your EA account here.
