Rocket League Season 12 Release Date | When is Competitive Season 12 starting?
At long last, Psyonix has confirmed both the end date of Rocket League’s Competitive Season 11 and the Rocket League Season 12 release date in one fell swoop. Thanks to the Rocket League Fall 2019 Roadmap on the official Rocket League website, we now know the dates Psyonix has penciled in for the Season 12 release date. The Rocket League Season 12 release date is scheduled for August 27, 2019. This is the same day that Competitive Season 11 ends.

Unfortunately, Psyonix hasn’t detailed exactly what time we can expect Season 12 to begin on August 27. However, the developer explained that it will be available after downloading a title update. All we know is that at some point during August 27, Competitive Season 12 will begin, allowing you to begin playing through the placement matches.
As usual, it would appear that Competitive Season 12 in Rocket League will have you play through a number of placement matches in each competitive playlist (typically ten matches). Psyonix hasn’t explained otherwise, anyway. Once you play through these, you will be placed in your starting rank for the upcoming Season.
Although Psyonix has confirmed that Competitive Season 12 will begin on August 27, plans could change.
