The final Destiny 2 weekly reset for July is upon us. The July 30 reset sees the arrival of the Solstice of Heroes at long last, and other tweaks within the weekly reset this week. We’ll also explain when the weekly reset time today is, just in case you’ve been out of the loop. Read our Destiny 2 weekly reset guide for one final time in July, and get the lowdown on all of the information you’ll need.
Destiny 2 Weekly Reset (July 30) | When is the weekly reset time today?
For those who might be picking the game back up after a hiatus, the weekly reset time hasn’t changed since March. That means that, thanks to Daylight Savings Time, the reset will occur at 10 AM PDT, 1 PM EDT, and 6 PM BST.

This time will remain the same until the fall. Once Daylight Savings Time ends in late October, the hour of the reset will change. We’ll be on hand to update you when it does though.
Destiny 2 Weekly Reset (July 30) | What’s changed in the Destiny 2 weekly reset?
As ever, the Destiny 2 weekly reset sees its usual challenges reset with new tasks for you to complete. You can read more about those changes on the Reset Ritual Page if need be, but they haven’t changed since the game was released. If you’re an experienced player then you won’t need to remind yourself of what’s what.
As we mentioned above, Solstice of Heroes has arrived as part of the latest update. This event brings some new Moments of Triumph tasks for you to conduct and a new Guardian title for you to earn. Finally, you’ll be challenged to upgrade your Solstice of Heroes armor via other tasks, but we have faith in your abilities to make it better.
You can find out all of the information about Solstice of Heroes 2019 once server maintenance is completed, and the patch has gone live, on the in-game hub. Oh, and Xur is on his way out too. He’ll be back on Friday with new items and other things to sell you.
