In order to find the Draco Meteor Move Tutor in either Pokemon Sword or Pokemon Shield, you’ll need to head for the city of Circhester. This is definitely an appropriate place to house the best Dragon-type move there is, as Raihan is a Dragon-type Gym Leader that occupies the Circhester Stadium. We don’t need to seek out the Stadium right now, however, but rather the hot springs and a chap in a pink vest as depicted in this article’s featured image.

If you’ve already taken the time to learn any Ultimate Moves or Battle-Combo Moves, you’ll likely recognize him as the same Move Tutor as in those instances. This time around, he’ll instead offer to teach Draco Meteor to any Dragon-type Pokemon that you share the maximum friendship bond with. If you should need to boost this stat, try playing with the Pokemon in a camp.

The Draco Meteor power stat is significant at 130, though this move is limited to five Power Points (PP) and will also lower the user’s Special Attack statistic for a couple of turns to help balance that out. As for what the attack does, it summons a number of comets from the sky that fall and ultimately collide with the enemy.

Here’s the full in-game description:

“Comets are summoned down from the sky onto the target. The attack’s recoil harshly lowers the user’s Sp. Atk stat.”
