As of writing, there have been a total of 36 Sword Art Online Alicization episodes, including the twelve of War of Underworld. Unfortunately, however, Alicization is currently on break. The Sword Art Online Alicization episode 37 release date is scheduled for April 25, 2020. This should also be the beginning of the Spring anime season. The return will take the form of Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld Part two, or Sword Art Online Alicization episode 37 as we’ve put it here.

We’d expect that you will be able to watch the return of Sword Art Online Alicization over on Crunchyroll. Well, this is where you can watch it subbed, at least. You may have to wait a long time before it releases dubbed either online or via physical media. This hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’d be a surprise if you can’t watch it on the platform. The rest of the series is available on there, anyway. Episode 37 of Alicization should herald in the beginning of the end for War of Underworld. It looks as though there are only 12 episodes left of the series.
