The FIFA 20 1.19 update patch notes have been released, with the new FIFA 20 update going live on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The new update addresses a stability issue, with it specifically addressing a peculiar bug in the game’s hugely popular Ultimate Team mode.
The brand new update went live earlier today, and though it’s an unsubstantial patch, it does rectify an annoying fault with UT mode. This bug would see an AI teammate interfering with the ball when it was crossed, which would result in a goal being scored.
The new update also includes stability and performance improvements, along with under the hood fixes. It hasn’t been clarified exactly what these under the hood fixes are, though the patch notes released by EA deem them to be minor, so don’t expect any big changes from this new hotfix update.

The latest FIFA 20 update isn’t as substantial as its previous patch, which brought with it a whole bunch of quality of life improvements along with both gameplay and visual updates. However, it does rectify an error that has been plaguing its Ultimate Team mode, so those who spend the majority of their time unlocking packs and playing against rival teams online will be happy with the fix.
