The Doom Eternal The Ancient Gods secret encounter locations are just that: secret. Some are well hidden and even if you see them on the map, you may still have trouble getting to them. Here’s how to find all the Ancient Gods secret encounters. Doing so will unlock some skins as well as the “Hypersonic” trophy or achievement.

UAC Atlantica Facility secret encounter location #1
There are two secret fights in the first level, the UAC Atlantica Facility. Completing both unlocks the Industrial Espionage skin.
Get off the first elevator and get to this vista
Once you kill the Marauder, you will eventually have to get an elevator. Once you take it up, step out and look to your right. Don’t just across quite yet to the Arachnotron.
Jump to the wall grate on the right
You can climb that wall over there. Simply jump to it and hit the melee button.
Climb down and interact with the glowing, demonic orb
Once you climb down to the hidden floor beneath you, you will see the secret encounter marker. Just interact with it and quickly kill the enemies.

Get to the room with the big pool
A bit later on you will get to big room with a lot of water in it. It’s right next to the Slayer Gate. Go grab the dive suit from up the stairs and jump in the water.
Swim to the column on the far left
There are three giant columns. The one in the middle has some BFG ammo inside. Go to the column on the left and use your underwater dash to break the vent at the end. Here it is on the map:
Climb up the vent and use the jump pad to get to it
Once you get to the vent, get to the jump pad. It will take you right to the secret encounter in the small space.

There are also two secret encounters in the Blood Swamp. Completing both unlocks the Wetland Warrior skin.

Complete the bit with the wolf
This isn’t quite a step but complete the part with the ghost wolf first. You will be able to travel freely in this area once you do.
Climb this rock on the map
Go to the part in the map on the above picture and climb on this rock:
Fall down into this pit
Now once you’ve climbed that rock and the few ledges above it, find the pit in the above picture and fall down inside.
Break the wall
After you fall, smash the breakable wall down there.
Climb the wall and punch the box at the top
Breaking the wall will put you in the area in the above picture. Climb that wall and then punch the giant box at the top.
Go through the gate
That will open up the gate right next to the switch. Go through that gate.
Climb the wall then take the blue jump jet
Climb the wall in the above picture and then scale around to jump to the jump jet. Once you do, you will jump to the first secret encounter.
Blood Swamp secret encounter location #2
Get to the giant gate with the Cyberdemon
You will see the secret encounter but go past it. Don’t worry about it until you get to the above gate with the big Cyberdemon fight.
Go left to the secret area near the stairs
You will see this area to the left of the stairs. Go through there.
Turn right and jump down to a ledge
A gate will be to your left so go right and jump down to the pit and continue on to the crackable wall.
Break the cracked wall and the punch the big box
Break the above cracked wall. And once you’re on the other side, activate the skull switch and punch the box.
Jump down and then go to the secret encounter
Once the box falls on the switch, jump down and then you will see the nice glowing orb.

The final level has two secret encounters as well. Finding and completing both earns you the Blood Slayer skin.
The Holt secret encounter location #1
Continue on the main path after punching down the tree
This first encounter is both very easy to find and very easy to miss. Once you’ve punched down the tree, take a few steps forward until you get to this narrow, pink cave.
Turn right and punch the breakable wall
Stop a few steps in and look for a breakable wall. The secret encounter is just past it.
Blood Swamp secret encounter location #2
Find this gate after a big fight in a white-colored area
The final secret encounter is also very simple and somehow tricky. After one of the bigger fights of the level (the one that starts with multiple mancubi), you will see this door in the area. Go inside. Here it is on the map:
Activate the switch
You will see a switch on a pedestal back there by the secret encounter that is guarded by a laser grid. Activate the switch. However, it doesn’t turn off the lasers.
Look up
It doesn’t turn off the lasers. It just opens up the button to turn off the lasers. Look up and shoot the green button on the ceiling right right above the switch.
Go through the opened gate and do the last secret encounter
Now you can go through the laser gate and do the last secret encounter.
