Harry Styles is allegedly Thanos’ brother, Eros, in Marvel’s Eternals. This was allegedly revealed during the early screening, with those who attended the showing having made the news known on Twitter ahead of the film’s official release date.

Eros is the brother of Thanos, the Marvel supervillain who decimated half of all life across Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. Eros is the youngest son of the Eternals A’Lars and Sui-San, and is also known as Starfox in the Marvel universe. Unlike Thanos, Eros is much more human in his appearance, and is described as being far more laid-back than his sibling. However, Eros is eventually forced to stand up to Thanos and become a more serious force to be reckoned with after Thanos attacks Titan, killing their mother Sui-San. Eros joins The Avengers to defeat Thanos in the comics.

Harry Styles’ appearance as Eros a.k.a. Starfox has yet to be revealed officially, though Styles’ casting seems suitably perfect considering the character’s depiction as a carefree spirit. However, Styles fans shouldn’t expect to see the singer adopting a similar CGI makeover to Thanos actor Josh Brolin, given Eros’ altogether more human proportions.

In other news, here’s when Eternals is likely to debut on Disney Plus, given previous MCU movies’ debut on the streaming platform. We also detailed how you can avoid further Eternals spoilers before the film’s release right here.
