We’re on the eve of another Call of Duty launch, but some fans are eager to start playing as soon as possible. Players are wondering if there’s a way to play Call of Duty: Vanguard early, even if it’s own by a few hours. We’ll discuss whether or not players can get early access to Vanguard below.
Can you get early access to Call of Duty: Vanguard?
Unfortunately, there’s no early access period for Call of Duty: Vanguard. Players will have to wait until the following times for the game to unlock:
- 9 pm PDT (November 4)
- 12 am EDT
- 4 am GMT
- 5 am CET
- 1 pm JST
- 3 pm AEDT
Those are the times the servers go live, and until then, the game won’t be functional. Unfortunately, unlike with Forza Horizon 5, even purchasing the Ultimate Edition doesn’t get players into the game any faster.
Fortunately, once players do get into Vanguard, there’s plenty of content available, and even more is planned for the coming months. The remastered Shipment map will release in November, and more new maps, modes, weapons, and gear will release on December 2. Alongside the December update, Zombies will get a proper launch with the first campaign mission. December will also mark the launch of a huge Call of Duty: Warzone update. This will be the game’s World War 2 makeover that is set to complement Vanguard’s setting.
This Call of Duty will have players taking the role of characters based on real soldiers from World War 2. Each of these individuals is recruited for one of the precursors for today’s special forces, and players can get to know them better in the campaign.
Unfortunately, Call of Duty: Vanguard won’t be available on Steam or Xbox Game Pass, and PC players will have to purchase it exclusively on Battle.Net.
