Arcane batch 2 will feature the next group of episodes for the League of Legends animated series, and considering the strength of the first three installments, fans are impatiently awaiting the rest of the series. When is the Arcane batch 2 release date and time for new episodes?

Arcane batch 2 will release on November 13, 2021, with the next act set to contain three new episodes. The series will feature nine episodes in total.

The next act will likely release at the following times, per Netflix’s usual schedule:

  • 12 AM PST
  • 3 AM EST
  • 8 AM GMT

The first act was released later than usual for Netflix, though this was due to Riot Games making it available to watch after the League of Legends 2021 World Championship finals. With no such event taking place on the launch of Act 2, expect to see the next episodes releasing earlier than last time around.

Arcane is taking on an unusual release pattern for Netflix. Typically, series either release all their episodes in one fell swoop, or follow traditional TV by way of releasing each episode every week or so. However, with Arcane split into three acts, it’s instead releasing its episodes in a series of batches.

This makes sense considering the show’s narrative, which focuses on sisters Vi and Powder a.k.a. Jinx as they transition into the formidable champions League of Legends players recognize. Judging from pre-release trailers, it seems that the Arcane batch 2 episodes will fast-forward a few years and see Vi and Powder butting heads, with Vi having been kidnapped and taken to the prosperous city of Piltover, while Powder is left in Zaun and is taken under the villainous Silco’s wing. Expect to see Powder’s transition to Jinx explored in the next act.
