What is the Wordle answer 213? (January 18, 2022)

Wordle Answer 213

The Wordle answer 213 is “PROXY.”

“PROXY” describes someone’s authority to represent someone else. This is most commonly seen in voting. It is also found in internet language, where a proxy server can act as a middleman between the user and the internet.

There’s no real easy way to work this one out, and I suspect many people will have trouble pinpointing the letters. As always, I started with “ARISE” to eliminate the most common letters. Only “R” was confirmed, though it was thankfully in the right position. Next, it’s time to nail down the present vowels. Guessing a word with the letter “O” confirms its presence. Then it’s the case of finding the “P” and “Y.” Then the “X” remains.

Though the word “PROXY” is undoubtedly difficult to work out, players must remember to use the six guesses wisely. It’s possible to try every letter of the alphabet at least once, so eliminating letters is the top priority.

We suspect a lot of players won’t get “PROXY” until that final guess. Others won’t manage it at all, but that’s nothing to worry about, as tomorrow there will be another number. Alternatively, if you do feel like giving it another go, open a new Incognito tab or clear your cookies to get a fresh start.
