“SLAVE” shouldn’t be too tricky to work out. Most players will find the “A” and “E” first, with common starting guesses tending to include many vowels. Then the common “S” will likely be tracked down. The “L” and “V” are the toughest letters to find here. Ideally, players will be able to recognize the word forming without needing to confirm all five letters. “SLAVE” can then be guessed.
For those having trouble hunting down the right word, it might be worth trying to use all of the available guesses to eliminate as many letters as possible.
