Quordle Answer 180: July 23, 2022 Word Solution

The Quordle 180 answer is now known for July 23, 2022. And let’s just say that today’s puzzle is going to take all of your abilities to solve. If you need a hint or some help, you likely won’t be alone. We’re usually conservative when it comes to difficulty because some players are better at certain aspects of Quordles than others, but the four words in the solution today are incredibly tough this time. There are three instances of double letters, and while the number of uncommon and rare consonants is low, they are all on the very rare side. In fact, as a general hint we would like you to think about the consonants that score the most in Scrabble. For the entire answer, you can view it in the section below.

What is Quordle answer 180? (July 23, 2022)

Quordle Answer 180

The Quordle answer 180 is:

  • “OZONE”
  • “NINJA”
  • “QUITE”
  • “AWARD”

At the start of our Quordle guides, we typically try to identify which word is the most challenging and give you a clue for it. But we can’t pick this time around. Moreover, solving one of the words likely won’t help you much in getting any of the others, making this puzzle one of the hardest we’ve seen so far.

“AWARD” is likely the easiest one because it has the least challenging uncommon consonant of a “W” compared to the rest. Still, it has a double “A” vowel. That said, “OZONE” also has a double “O” and “NINJA” has a double “N.”

This is partially why you’ll likely get the “Q” in “QUITE” before the “Z” in “OZONE” and the “J” in “NINJA.” Following the general strategy of getting all of the common letters and vowels at the start of the puzzle, you’ll likely get the “U,” “I,” “T,” and “E” highlighted in yellow and green. If you can figure out the “U” in the second position, the “Q” might follow naturally.
