New Star Wars series Andor officially started this week, with three episodes released for fans to get through. Now, audiences are looking ahead to episode 4, and want to know exactly when they will be able to start watching the next installment, after an action-packed third episode left everybody wanting more. The show follows Cassian Andor’s (Diego Luna) journey from relative unknown to rebel hero, in the years leading up to the events of Star Wars movie Rogue One. Here is when you will be able to watch Andor episode 4 on Disney Plus.
When is the Andor episode 4 release date and time?
Andor episode 4 is set to premiere on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. It will then follow a weekly release schedule, with one episode dropping each week for a total of 12 episodes. These are the release times around the world in different time zones:
- 12 a.m. Pacific Standard Time
- 2 a.m. Central Standard Time
- 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time
- 8 a.m. British Summer Time
- 9 a.m. Central European Summer Time
- 12:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time
No breaks are expected in the release schedule, so the final episode will hit Disney Plus towards the end of November. No details surrounding the story in episode 4 have yet been revealed, but it will be the first in the series to be written by Dan Gilroy and the first to be directed by Susanna White. That creative duo remain together for two episodes following episode 4, having also worked on episodes 5 and 6.
The series so far has revealed that Cassian’s home planet was not actually Fest, as described in Rogue One, but a new planet introduced to the Star Wars lore, Kenari. Audiences learned that Cassian was taken as a child away from his home and his sister, by a young Maarva and Clem Andor, as he would likely have been killed by Republic officers if he had remained.
