  • 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
  • 8 p.m. Central Standard Time
  • 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time

HBO and HBO Max air new episodes of House of the Dragon every Sunday, with the season 1 finale set to debut at the end of October. Here are the release dates for each upcoming new episode of the show:

  • Episode 8, “The Lord of the Tides”: October 9, 2022
  • Episode 9, “The Green Council”: October 15, 2022
  • Episode 10, “The Black Queen”: October 22, 2022

House of the Dragon has already been renewed for a second season. HBO gave the good news just five days after the series’ record-breaking premiere. Exactly when we can expect it to hit screens, however, remains to be seen. It’s likely that it will follow a similar release pattern to season 1, but looking back at the final few seasons of Game of Thrones, it wouldn’t be surprising if it took longer than 12 months to complete season 2 and get it to air.
