Yes, you can buy bomb flowers by trading poes at Bargainer Statues found in The Depths or by purchasing them from the general store at Tarrey Town or Gerudo Town for 40 rupees a pop.
Between the various options, most players will likely opt to head to Tarrey Town or Gerudo Town instead for the bomb flowers. That’s because poes are harder to come by and the Bargainer Statues have other important rewards like the Dark armor set and the gloom-resistant Depths armor set for purchase.
