Halls of Torment Mobile Release Date iPhone Android

Halls of Torment Mobile Release Date for iPhone & Android

The Halls of Torment mobile release date for Android and iPhone is something fans are looking for. The game developed by Chasing Carrots is already near the top of the charts on Steam despite it being in Early Access. Because of how close this bullethell game is to the wonderfully successful Vampire Survivors, which released on Android and IOS on December 2022, many want to see a mobile port of the game. Here’s what we know so far about whether Halls of Torment is coming to mobile platforms.

Is Halls of Torment releasing on iPhone and Android?

While there is no official Halls of Torment release date for iPhone and Android, it is possible that the game could make it mobile platforms in the future.

More Halls of Torment

The latest update to the game’s FAQ on the official Steam discussion forums (which at the time of this writing was updated on July 11, 2023) states that Halls of Torment will remain in Steam Early Access for at least six months. This means the game will not be fully released until November 2023 at the earliest, barring any delays or need for more development time.

At that point, the developer hopes to port Halls of Torment first to Nintendo Switch. If this happens, there could be a chance that we will also see it release on other consoles like PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, perhaps even on Xbox Game Pass like Vampire Survivors did before it. From there, if the game is successful enough, we can reasonably see a mobile version make it to iPhone and Android.

That said, Chasing Carrots does not have a definitive roadmap at this time, though they have been vocal about not adding an endless mode or multiplayer support. Instead, it is trying to make the difficulty harder and add other features depending on player feedback. It will also be adding more language support, particularly German since the team is German.
