CS2 Inspect Server Servers List

CS2 Inspect Server: How to Preview Skins in Counter-Strike 2

There’s more than one CS2 inspect server that you can use to preview skins that you don’t own yet. Since community servers are coming soon but until they do, trying to find an inspect server can be a bit difficult unless you scour the right places. And even if you do find one, chances are that they’re already at peak capacity. Fortunately, we’ve got a short list of several places that you can try to get a peek of some cosmetic items before you try to obtain them. Here’s a few inspect servers that you can use for Counter-Strike 2 on PC.

CS2 inspect server list to preview skins

The following is an inspect server list where you can take a sneak peek at various skins. Once the console command is activated in the game’s settings and then by pressing the “~” key, you can type in “connect [X]”, replacing the [X] with an address.

  • cs2preview.net – This server is rather limited in size with only 20 players allowed a time, though it will hopefully see an upgrade soon.
  • inspect.epidemic.gg, inferno.epidemic.gg, vertigo.epidemic.gg – These are just three from a handful of servers that are a part of the Discord called “Epidemic’s Server“. The channel #ingame-server-info has plenty of other addresses (about 8 more at the time of this writing) that you can use alongside the instructions provided in Discord.

If you’re looking for gencode, Epidemic recommends that you use another site called csinpect.com/craft to generate the code you need to preview the item. The site reportedly has codes for gloves as well which other sites don’t have. The gencode channels in the Discord server may open back up again when the site isn’t slammed by demand.

If you get a gencode for an old model skin, you will need to enter a “:1” after the second number. For example, you will need to write “!gen 7:1” at the start of the lengthy code in the console command window once you’re in the inspect server. To find the codes, you can use FloatDB, BroSkins. the CSInspect website we linked earlier, or another site you’re comfortable with.
