Capcom has confirmed that Resident Evil 5 will be punching its way onto PS4 and Xbox One on June 28, just a few weeks after E3 2016.
As the gallery of screenshots show above, this re-release will essentially be a port of the PC update of the game, coming with 1080p and a smoother frame-rate. This also comes with all of the previously released DLC, like Desperate Escape and Lost in Nightmare episodes.
All characters will be made available in "The Mercenaries United" mode, which will challenge players to chain zombie kills within a given time limit. It will also include the more difficult No Mercy variation of Mercenaries.
Resident Evil 7 is reportedly in development, according to the CEO of Kantan Games, and will emerge at E3 2016. If so, what would you like to see from the game?
