The Xbox Live Games With Gold for May 2018 have been revealed and, with it, comes a bevvy of brilliant games for nearly all tastes. There are sports games, underrated gems, retro titles and even one big AAA title – read on to find out what you’ll be getting your hands on this May.
If you’re an Xbox Live Gold member, the Xbox Live Games With Gold May 2018 collection of may prove to be one of the best yet. Those who are on the hunt for achievements will also be pleased to know the titles boast a collective 3400 gamerscore.
From May 1-May 15 you’ll be able to download the Xbox 360 version of Sega’s brawling classic Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage which brings together the first three Streets of Rage titles. Also starting May 1 and lasting the entire month, is arcade sports title Super Mega Baseball 2, which proves Microsoft are really keen to knock it out of the park this time around.
The best (in my humble opinion) of the quartet of titles are reserved for the second half of May, heading into June. One of Platinum Games’ most severely underrated titles, Vanquish, can be yours from May 16 to May 31.
And then (drumroll please…) May 16-June 15 sees one of the biggest titles to hit Games With Gold make its arrival: Metal Gear Solid V.
Yep, Snake’s swansong is going to available for free for all Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One from May 16 – so be sure to mark it on your calendars.
