The four titles coming to Games with Gold next month have been announced. The Xbox Games with Gold games for July 2022 are Beasts of Maravilla Island and Relicta for Xbox One, as well as Thrillville: Off The Rails and Torchlight for Xbox 360.
Four Upcoming Xbox Games With Gold Titles for July 2022
Beasts of Maravilla Island will be the first Xbox One title to become available on March 1. Players take on the role of young wildlife photographer Marina Montez who is tasked with exploring the jungle island of Maravilla and restoring its magic. She can do this by taking photos of its mysterious creatures, including birds disguised as bananas. To find all of them and get great photos, players will need to refer to a journal belonging to the photographer’s grandfather, as well as solving puzzles to get to the best spots. The game will be available in Games with Gold until July 31.
On the same day, Thrillville: Off The Rails will be available for Xbox 360. Players take over a failing theme park and the only way it can be brought back to its former glory is to build the weirdest and most dangerous rollercoasters possible without killing its patrons, as well as all of the other facilities they need to enjoy a day out. The park builder will be available until July 15.
The second Xbox One title, Relicta, will join Games with Gold on July 16. A physicist is stranded on the derelict moon base known as Chandra Base. Players can either rush ahead using gravity and magnetism to get over the treacherous environment and reach potential safety, or they can take their time to explore and find information that will help their research. The catch is that research may decide the fate of the physicist’s daughter for better or worse. This game will be available until August 15.
Finally, Torchlight will be available on Xbox 360.The dungeon crawler RPG heads into the depths of the Ember mines, where hordes of creatures have been enchanted and corrupted by the ore’s powers. As one of three heroes, it’s your job to rid the caverns of those creatures, all while finding plenty of loot as a reward. The game is available from July 16 until July 31.
For now, Aven Colony, Project Highrise: Architect’s Edition, and Raskulls are the current Xbox Games with Gold titles. Both Aven Colony and Raskulls are available to download until June 30, while Project Highrise is available until July 15. Once claimed, the Xbox One games will remain in your library as long as you remain an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. The Xbox 360 games are yours to keep permanently.
In other gaming news, any hopes of Elden Ring DLC news were squashed when the new trailer turned out to be another live-action accolades trailer. Elsewhere, the Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope Gold Edition and Season Pass were leaked by Ubisoft’s own website.
