New York Comic Con kicks off next week, and Sony plans to make quite a splash in the Big Apple with plenty of quality PlayStation content. If you've got a hankering for some gruesome violence, you'll be pleased to know that a playable demo of God of War: Ascension's single-player will be on the show floor in addition to game stations dedicated to the game's multiplayer.
And the fun doesn't end there, as SuperBot's PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be playable on both the PS3 and Vita. This will be a great time for all you East Coasters to check out the brawler for yourself and decide whether or not it stacks up to the likes of Super Smash Bros. Speaking of Nintendo rip-offs… LittleBigPlanet Karting will be playable as well.
Fortunately for Vita fans, PlayStation All-Stars won't be only Sony handheld title at the show, as a number of other games, not the least of which include Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Persona 4 Golden and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will all be playable as well.
And of course, it wouldn't be a true Sony event if The Last of Us wasn't there in some fashion. Naughty Dog will be making an appearance at a "very special panel" in which new details on the game will be revealed. Clearly this is what you all should be excited about.
