Capcom Has Listed an Unnamed Action/Adventure Game for E3

Capcom, the brains behind smash hits like Monster Hunter and Resident Evil, has listed an unnamed action/adventure game for the upcoming event, E3. The rumor was first seen on Twitter, and since then has led to gamers speculating on what this game could be and, more importantly, why isn’t it going to be available for all the PS4 players out there?

Could it be because the game going to be revealed at E3 is a game that’s already available on the PS4? Some are speculating that the game may be the Devil May Cry collection that has been rumored before to be coming out on the Switch. And it certainly is an action/adventure series, so the speculation for that game may not be too far-fetched.

However, some are hoping for a different game entirely: Monster Hunter: World. The Monster Hunter series has done well on previous handheld consoles, such as the DS and 3DS, but considering that Monster Hunter: World has hit both the PC and Xbox One already, it seems unlikely to be anything from the Monster Hunter universe.

Of course, it could be a completely new game that either hasn’t included the PS4 due to human error or the developers simply didn’t make the game for the PS4 in mind. Potentially this could be a rumor that goes nowhere, however until E3 comes around in June. It won’t be too long of a wait as E3 runs from the 12th June to the 14th June, giving players plenty of time to speculate what the game could be.

But what do you think of this potential new title from Capcom, will it be a new game or port of an existing series? Or are you intrigued by this news, but are still hopelessly infatuated with the thought of new Smash Bros info? Share your thoughts with us.
