Devil May Cry 5 has been officially revealed at E3 2018, with Dante going back to his hair color in a crowd-pleasing move. Dante can be seen at the end of a new trailer debuted during E3 2018, while the short-haired Nero features heavily in the footage, with the demon-hunter’s twin brother set to have a prominent playable role in the game.
Developed internally by Capcom rather than Ninja Theory, who were responsible for DmC, Devil May Cry 5 looks to be an action-packed return to form for the series, with its director Hideaki Itsuno stating that Capcom is looking to go back to making the series’ fans with this latest entry.
Devil May Cry 5 has a release window of spring 2019, with Dante serving once again as its protagonist while Nero, Dante’s brother, will also appear as a playable character. The game will once again see the demon-hunter carving through otherworldly monsters, with it boasting impressive visuals that the trailer showcased with in-engine footage. Capcom has a presence at E3 2018, so we could potentially hear more from Devil May Cry 5 at some other point during the week. Fingers crossed that we learn more about what Capcom has in store for us next year!

Update: The original version of the article stated that Nero was Dante. The article has now been updated to rectify this mistake.
