Metal Gear creator, Hideo Kojima, will be showing off his studio's impressive new engine as well as more of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes later this month at GDC.
His session was initially limited to 60 minutes, but has since been lengthened to a full hour and a half, giving Mr. Kojima even more time to show off his new game. The studio's technical director Junji Tago, lighting artist Masayuki Suzuki, and CG art director Hideki Sasaki will be present as well to share "the key components and unique methods used to create the visuals seen in Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes."
Late last month, Kojima revealed that his game will be "treading a lot of taboos" and because of this may not even be released. While he may very well just be exaggerating for dramatic effect, hopefully we'll find out what all the controversy is about when his session, titled "Photorealism through the eyes of a ‘Fox’ – The core of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes" takes place on March 27th.
