Cyberpunk 2077 PC Collector’s Edition will come to the US

Update: Previously, the Cyberpunk 2077 PC collector’s edition was not slated to be released in the United States, CD Projekt Red has stated it reversed its decision and that PC players in the US will be able to pre-order the collector’s edition sometime in the near future.

The Cyberpunk 2077 collector’s edition has reportedly leaked, revealing what PS4PC, and Xbox One players can expect from the more expensive version of the game. Though the leak hasn’t been confirmed by developer CD Projekt Red, it seems more than likely that this is legit. The collector’s edition features a statue, an art book, a steelbook case, and a custom box to store all of these goodies in.

The images reportedly popped up in retailers in Poland, the country in which CD Projekt Red is based. Initially, the Cyberpunk 2077 standard edition was allegedly revealed, showing off the box art for the game along with some other items including a world map.

Shortly after this packaging was revealed, an image of the collector’s edition also emerged. It seems likely that both of these images were intended to live after the Microsoft E3 2019 event, where CD Projekt Red is reportedly gearing up to reveal more details about its upcoming sci-fi RPG. However, as has been the case throughout the pre-E3 build-up, this information seems to have leaked ahead of schedule.

Amazon doesn’t contain the new images at the time of this writing, but we’re sure that more information will be made available online after the Microsoft press conference.

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most highly anticipated games set to be featured at this year’s E3, with CD Projekt Red said to have a new gameplay trailer it’s ready to reveal at the event. Last year, a behind-closed-doors demo was shown to those with invites, with it being attended by the likes of Death Stranding director Hideo Kojima. This year, it has been reported that a playable demo won’t be available on the show floor, though E3 is always full of surprises.
