The sequel to Hotline Miami, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, is currently slated to release on PC, Mac, and Linux in the third quarter of 2014, though the developer says that the game might also make launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita around that time as well.

Responding to a fan on Twitter, developer Devolver Digital said that Hotline Miami 2 has been confirmed for PC, Mac, and Linux, but a PlayStation release is still up in the air. The only thing we can think of that could be keeping Devolver from releasing on PlayStation is the work porting the game to Sony's platforms.
Sony and Devolver Digital have worked together closely on bringing Hotline Miami to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita as part of Sony's big push to attract high-profile indie releases to their system. Hotline Miami still has yet to release on an Xbox or Nintendo platform.
