Dark Souls II Receives “The Lost Crowns” Trilogy DLC

So you've conquered Drangleic Castle and devoured Dark Souls II on New Game+. La-de-freakin'-dah. FromSoftware believes you aren't through with it just yet, announcing "The Lost Crowns" trilogy, a series of three chapters that take your cursed character to completely new areas, each ruled by a "king" who possess the crowns of Drangelic's King Vendrick.

The first chapter, Crown of the Sunken King, will release on July 22 and highlights a vast underground cavern with stepped pyramids and powerful sentinels. The official description says that "one of the ancient crowns lay buried deep within these dark caverns; but surely such a valued item cannot sit guarded."

The second chapter, Crown of the Old Iron King, is slated for a August 26 release while the last chapter, Crown of the Ivory King, will complete the trilogy on September 24. Each chapter will release in the Americas for Xbox Live, PSN, and Steam for $9.99, with the upcoming Steam season pass including the full trilogy will be available for $24.99.
